The City of Dublin, Ohio wanted to transform its successful events program into a premier global destination. Yard & Co. partnered with the City to create an Events Roadmap, a strategic plan for the next generation of community events. The project included an in-depth analysis of Dublin’s existing events ecosystem and extensive community and stakeholder engagement through surveys and interviews. The Events Roadmap establishes a clear vision for Dublin’s events, focusing on intentional programming that aligns with the city’s identity and goals. It emphasizes diverse experiences across various locations, from historic Dublin to the West Innovation District. The Roadmap also proposes a new non-profit organization to enhance event operations, partnerships, and innovation.

By addressing operational efficiency, community engagement, and strategic planning, this project provides a comprehensive framework for Dublin to solidify its position as a vibrant, culturally rich destination while maintaining its commitment to resident quality of life and economic growth.
