This plan establishes a clear roadmap with a 1-2 year, 3-5 year, and 5-7 year strategy, with a strong emphasis on initiating immediate short-term improvements within the first 1-2 years through community activations and tactical urbanism interventions. The plan seeks to foster a thriving Uptown district that reflects the community’s vision and aspirations.
