Great Pond Village, CT
A VISION FOR REVITALIZATION AND CULTURAL PRESERVATION
Great Pond Village is a 500-acre new district in Windsor, Connecticut, along the Farmington River. It is designed to provide residents with direct connections to the great outdoor amenities in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Upon completion it will be a dynamic and mixed-use home to hundreds of new households and a talented 60,000-person workforce to serve the region’s needs. Site development is being governed by an adopted Form-Based Code that ensures development patterns, public open space, building types and uses are developed over time consistent with the original vision.
